At Renzai, he leads the design of data and systems architecture, integrations and reporting platforms, helping translate complex business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
Eric Maira
A software engineer and systems architect with more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing digital platforms across health, e-governance and enterprise environments. His expertise spans software engineering, systems architecture, interoperability, digital health, automation, data platforms and technical delivery. As Technical Director at Renzai, he leads the company’s technical vision and architecture, guiding the development, integration and deployment of digital solutions. He works closely with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical systems, while setting engineering standards and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and fit for purpose.
Nancy Gakii
A data systems and geospatial intelligence leader focused on building practical solutions that support better decision-making and measurable impact. With expertise spanning MERL, GIS, data science and digital solutions, she brings a grounded, delivery-focused approach to translating business and programme needs into systems, tools and insights that work in practice. As Solutions & Delivery Director at Renzai, she leads the design and delivery of client solutions from problem definition through implementation, ensuring that technology, data and business needs come together effectively. She provides direction across projects, works closely with clients and technical teams, and helps build a culture of rigour, collaboration and accountability as Renzai grows.
